In 2009 the organization was run from Belgium by Glenn Geerinck and Ben Van den Berghe, bringing together project proposals and organizing small events, leading up to Sugary Photographs with Tricks, Poses and Effects – A Festival on Photography in March 2010 at 9 locations in Antwerp.
